  1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered by Swiss Abfall Entsorgen Online der Agharese (hereinafter “provider”). By using the services, the customer accepts these GTC.

  1. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the customer takes out a subscription via the provider’s website and the provider confirms the order. Confirmation is sent by email or SMS.

 

  1. Services

The provider offers the following services:

 

  • Collection of recyclable waste from the specified collection point.

 

  • Removal of household waste and unwanted items. For Old people who are relocating to old`s people home or those families who have lost a member of their family

 

  • Clean-up services after events.

 

  • House maintenance services.
  1. Prices and payment terms

The prices for the services are indicated on the provider’s website. Payment is made monthly in advance. The provider reserves the right to change the prices, informing customers in good time.

  1. Collection times

The collection times and days are agreed with the customers. Collection takes place no later than 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The provider is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

  1. Bulky waste and uncovered waste

The customer is responsible for the costs of disposing of bulky waste (e.g. furniture, wood, metal). Leftover food and household waste are not included. However, the provider can assist with the disposal of stamped bags.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion of the contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal must be made in writing.

 

  1. Warranty and liability

The provider is liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability is excluded for minor negligence unless it involves injury to life, body or health.

  1. Data protection

The provider undertakes to treat customers’ personal data confidentially and to use it only within the framework of the statutory provisions. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

  1. Changes to the terms and conditions

The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers in good time.

  1. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Zurich. Swiss law applies.
